One of the key objectives of the Gayana Saraswati Kishori Amonkar Foundation is to celebrate the genius of Kishori Amonkar, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest Indian classical vocalists of all time. She was known for her powerful voice, soulful renditions, and innovative approach to music.
